What is WheresThatStyle?

WheresThatStyle is a community that finds where to buy clothes that celebrities are wearing. Users submit celebrity outfits and tag each item in that outfit. Users then follow these item tags and submit links for where to buy each item.

Along with finding where to buy exact item matches, cheaper similar versions that look just as good are found as well. That way you can look just as good for less!

The story

My name is David Lynam and I am the founder of WheresThatStyle. The inspiration for the site came a couple years ago when I was watching a tv show and saw a really cool jacket that I wanted to buy. I thought to myself, there should be a site that allows people to crowd source where to buy fashion from tv shows. I'm a web developer, so I built the site. We are starting with celebrities, but plan on realizing the full vision soon!
